개인정보처리방침

등록 예정(이하 “회사”, 게임 브랜드 ROJIN)는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 라이프 콤보(이하 “게임”) 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다. 게임은 회원가입이 없으며 이름·전화번호·주소 등 연락처를 요구하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목, 목적, 보유 기간
회사는 아래 목적 외의 용도로 개인정보를 처리하지 않으며, 목적이 바뀌면 사전에 알리고 필요한 경우 동의를 받습니다. 보유 기간이 끝나거나 목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.

법령에 따른 보존: 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제6조와 같은 법 시행령 제6조에 따라 대금 결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록(5년), 환불요청 등에 관한 기록(5년), 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁 처리에 관한 기록(3년)을 보관합니다.
처리 근거
- 게임 제공, 구매 지급·복원·환불 회수, 고객 문의 응대: 이용자와의 계약 이행 (「개인정보 보호법」 제15조제1항제4호)
- 대금 결제·환불요청·분쟁 처리 기록의 보존: 법령상 의무 준수 (같은 항 제2호, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」)
- 이용 통계·운영 통계, 맞춤형 광고: 이용자의 동의. 게임 설정(통계 전송, 개인정보 옵션) 또는 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있으며, 철회해도 게임 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
2. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 위 1.의 목적 범위에서만 처리하며, 현재 제3자에게 제공하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 다만 이용자가 별도로 동의한 경우나 법률에 특별한 규정이 있어 수사기관 등이 법령에 정한 절차에 따라 요구하는 경우 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조·제18조가 허용하는 경우에는 그 범위에서 제공할 수 있습니다. 아래 3.의 수탁자에게 맡기는 업무는 처리 위탁입니다.
3. 개인정보 처리의 위탁
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁합니다. 위탁 계약 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리되도록 필요한 사항을 규정하고 감독합니다.

4. 개인정보의 국외 이전
위 수탁자는 국외에 있으므로, 게임 이용 과정에서 개인정보가 다음과 같이 국외로 이전됩니다 (「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8).

국외 이전 거부 방법과 효과
- 이용 통계·운영 통계: 게임 설정의 통계 전송을 끄면 전송이 중단되며, 게임 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
- 맞춤형 광고: 게임 설정의 개인정보 옵션(해당 지역) 또는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 자체의 게재·측정에 필요한 처리는 거부할 수 없으며, 이를 원하지 않으면 게임 이용을 중단(앱 삭제)해야 합니다.
- 결제·클라우드 저장·고객 문의: 해당 기능을 이용하지 않으면 이전되지 않습니다. 결제 처리는 스토어 이용의 필수 요소로 거부 시 구매가 불가능합니다.
5. 자동 수집 장치와 행태정보
게임은 웹 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 대신 앱이 만든 무작위 설치 ID(플레이어 ID)와 광고 식별자를 사용합니다. 광고 식별자와 광고 상호작용 정보(행태정보)는 Google AdMob이 광고 게재·측정에 사용하며, 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 동의 화면을 먼저 표시합니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
6. 개인정보의 파기 절차와 방법
- 절차: 보유 기간이 끝나거나 목적을 달성한 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 운영 서버의 세션 요약은 40일이 지나면 자동 삭제되고, 이후에는 개인을 식별할 수 없는 일별 집계만 남습니다.
- 방법: 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 수탁자에게는 삭제를 요청합니다. 기기 내 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 게임 내 데이터 초기화로 삭제됩니다.
7. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 게임은 계정이 없으므로 본인 확인과 대상 특정을 위해 게임 설정 화면의 플레이어 ID 전체(길게 눌러 복사)를 privacy@rojin.kr로 보내 주세요. 회사는 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 처리 결과를 알려 드리며, 수탁자(GameAnalytics 등)에 보관된 정보의 삭제를 함께 요청합니다. 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 사람을 통해서도 요구할 수 있습니다.
설정에서 통계 전송을 끄면 즉시 전송이 중단되고 기기에 대기 중인 통계도 삭제됩니다.
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 전송은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- 운영 서버는 원본 IP 주소·원본 설치 ID·원본 구매 토큰을 저장하지 않고, 설치 ID는 비밀값을 섞은 단방향 해시로만 저장합니다.
- 운영 도구는 접근 인증(Cloudflare Access)으로 보호하며, 접근·변경 기록을 남깁니다.
- 게임 설정·운영 서버 응답은 전자서명으로 위·변조를 검증합니다.
9. 만 14세 미만 아동
게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 연락처 등 아동을 직접 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 고객 문의 등으로 개인정보를 제공하려면 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다. 법정대리인은 privacy@rojin.kr로 아동 개인정보의 열람·삭제를 요구할 수 있으며, 동의 없이 수집된 사실을 확인하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.

12. 고지 의무와 개정 이력
이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지와 게임 업데이트 안내로 알립니다. 개정 이력은 아래와 같습니다.

Pending registration (“we”, game brand ROJIN) sets out this policy under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) to protect the personal information of players of LIFE COMBO (the “Game”) and to handle related requests promptly. The Game has no sign-up and never asks for your name, phone number or address. If this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. What we process, why, and for how long
We use personal information only for the purposes below. If a purpose changes we will tell you in advance and ask for consent where required. Information is destroyed without delay when its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled.

Legal basis
- Running the Game, granting/restoring purchases, recovering refunded items and answering support requests: performance of our contract with you (PIPA Art. 15(1)4).
- Keeping payment, refund request and dispute records: compliance with legal obligations (PIPA Art. 15(1)2 and the Korean E-Commerce Act).
- Play and ops statistics and personalized ads: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time in the Game's Settings (statistics, Privacy options) or in your device settings; the Game works the same.
2. Provision to third parties
We use personal information only within the purposes in section 1 and currently do not provide it to any third party. We may provide it only where PIPA Arts. 17 and 18 allow, for example with your separate consent or where a law specifically requires it, such as a lawful request from an investigative authority. The work listed in section 3 is entrusted processing, not provision to a third party.

How to refuse transfers and what happens
- Play and ops statistics: turn off statistics in the Game's Settings. Sending stops and the Game works the same.
- Personalized ads: use Privacy options in the Game's Settings (where offered) or reset/delete the advertising ID in your device settings. Processing needed to serve and measure ads cannot be refused separately; if you do not want it, stop using the Game (uninstall).
- Payments, cloud save and support email: nothing is transferred unless you use those features. Payment processing is required to make a purchase.
5. Automatic collection and behavioral information
The Game does not use web cookies. It uses a random install ID (player ID) created by the app and the advertising ID. Google AdMob uses the advertising ID and ad interactions (behavioral information) to serve and measure ads; in regions that require consent, such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, a consent form is shown first. You can reset or delete the advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings.
6. Destruction
- Procedure: information whose retention period has ended or whose purpose is fulfilled is destroyed without delay. Session summaries on the ops server are deleted automatically after 40 days; only non-identifying daily totals remain.
- Method: electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and processors are asked to delete their copies. On-device data is removed when you uninstall or reset the Game's data.
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information, or withdraw consent. Because the Game has no accounts, please send your full player ID from the Game's Settings screen (long-press to copy) to privacy@rojin.kr so we can identify the data. We will reply within 10 days of receiving your request and will also ask processors such as GameAnalytics to delete what they hold. A legal representative or an authorized person may also make the request.
Turning off statistics in Settings stops sending immediately and deletes statistics still queued on the device.
8. Security measures
- All transmissions are encrypted with HTTPS.
- The ops server never stores raw IP addresses, raw install IDs or raw purchase tokens; install IDs are stored only as a keyed one-way hash.
- Ops tools are protected by access authentication (Cloudflare Access) and access and changes are logged.
- Game configuration and ops server responses are digitally signed and verified against tampering.
9. Children under 14
The Game is not directed primarily at children under 14 and does not collect contact details or other information that directly identifies a child. A child under 14 needs a legal guardian's consent to send us personal information, for example in a support email. Guardians may ask to access or delete a child's information at privacy@rojin.kr; information found to have been collected without consent is destroyed without delay.
